Nature of Service & Disclaimer

JAVSEED (javseed.net) is an automated BitTorrent metadata search engine and indexer. All indexed information is automatically gathered from publicly accessible decentralized Distributed Hash Table (DHT) networks and public trackers.

Our servers do NOT host, store, upload, distribute, or stream any copyrighted video files, torrent files, or media content. We merely provide indexing and search capabilities for metadata and hash identifiers.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on their behalf, and believe that any metadata indexed on this site infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal takedown notice to our designated contact email: dmca@javseed.net

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or proof of ownership/authorization;
  2. Exact URL(s) on javseed.net of the specific page containing the claimed infringing metadata (e.g. https://javseed.net/en/torrent/XXXX; domain-only notices cannot be processed);
  3. Your contact information, including legal name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Upon receiving a valid and compliant notification, we will review and remove or disable the designated metadata link within 24 to 48 hours, and confirm via return email.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact address with supporting explanations and contact details for re-evaluation.
